I'm home from a whirlwind tour of the south-western united states. I have to say I never appreciated the landscape and scenery of that area so much, having a camera(when I lived there before I was far too poor to own one) made it like an exciting scavenger hunt. I didn't before see the beauty of the are. I'm looking forward to next year's trip.

I've been a bit lax on the photo taking lately, the gray winter choked my inner muse. However, I went shutter crazy on the trip and it felt so good that now I need to keep it up... even though I have a billion other things to do.

At the beginning of April my piece: Eye see you was featured by rosiescape in her journal, which was such a flattering thing. Thank you!

Also, while I was away on the trip I made it into the How to make a fruit salad news article by linedanser with my Fruit Burst 2 photo. Thank you again!

So it's been an exciting month or so and with summer on the way and all the new encouragement it makes me want to get back out into the world with my camera! Hurrah!

I haven't been very active here lately as far as commenting and such goes... my real life is taking a toll on m free time so I get on, upload, and get off... I wish I had time to comment to you all individually, but I want to thank everyone for the s and the s, they really mean a lot to me
